		<description>Thank you for the coverage of the utilization of modular construction in multi-family development.  I have done a great deal of research on this subject and am amazed at how long it is taking for developers to catch on, given the number of successful projects across the US and abroad.  Thankfully more and more architectural firms, universities and developers are becoming aware of the benefits and starting to embrace it.  

Another modular multi-family project happening in the northwest is a 50,000 s.f. condominium project at the exclusive Suncadia Resort, near Cle Elum, WA.
